I'm using Windows 10 (latest updates), Ryzen 5 3600X, 32GB of RAM, 500GB SSD drive with ample space left, AMD 5700XT that is 1 year old at this point (with the latest AMD drivers). Then when I try another Blu-Ray disc, it plays super slow.

I purchased a Criterion Blu-Ray (Region 1) and when I try to play it, I keep getting errors that the player can't read it. If I use the BD Advisor, for some reason it doesn't recognize the player as being connected and somehow needs the internet to check if my drive is fully UHD capable (not sure why or how this roadblock even occurred). I've installed the Cyberlink software to see if that had something that would have helped (outside of using VLC or using Media Classic Player).
